If your Question Is Not Answered Below, Call us at (818) 293-7684

  • At what types of events do you perform?

I mostly appear at corporate conferences, seminars, associations, colleges and universities. I love speaking and playing for all kinds of industries and events!
  • How long is your typical performance or keynote concert?

The most common length is 60 minutes; but I can tailor it to what you need. I've done anywhere from 20 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on what the event calls for.
Also, some event planners like to add on an extra, separate VIP concert, which is most often an additional hour-long experience.
  • Can you incorporate specific messages or themes for our organization?

Absolutely! We always have a planning call where we go over important themes of the event, along with any particular messages or details that you'd like for me to emphasize for your audience.
  • How interactive is your keynote?

There's always some interactivity: questions for the audience, hand-raising, often partner exercises—and I get everyone up and singing together at the end. (This works with even the most shy, timid groups—because I lead up to it very gradually/encouragingly throughout the presentation.)
So people don't just sit passively; they actively participate, and leave energized and exhilarated.
  • What is that crazy instrument you play?

Ah yes—the question I get more than any other (and for good reason).

It’s a 6-string electric Viper violin, custom-built by Mark Wood. It’s fretted, strapped on like a guitar, and shaped like a Flying V—so I can move freely, sing and play at the same time, and basically channel my inner rockstar violinist superhero.

It turns heads. And more importantly—it makes the music hit harder.
  • What are your stage, sound, and lighting requirements?

We just need to be sure the venue is set up well for music! You can find the latest A/V tech rider by clicking the link below.

  • Do you bring your own equipment, or do we need to provide anything?

I bring my own violin, headset mic and wireless gear. My accompanist can bring a keyboard if it's a local gig (see A/V tech rider for details from the question before this one above); if it's a flying gig then a keyboard needs to be provided.
  • Do you travel with a team, or do you perform solo?

I generally travel with 2 people: my accompanist + my assistant. In certain cases, like super large events, we sometimes add a musician or two to fill out the sound even more.

And in certain cases it's more appropriate for me to go solo - it depends on the situation and the venue.

  • Is your content appropriate for all ages and industries?

Absolutely! I’ve spoken to audiences ranging from middle schoolers to 80-year-olds, and professionals across many diverse industries—healthcare, tech, finance, education, entertainment, wellness, and more.
Because my message is about resilience, optimism, and what it means to be fully human, it resonates with people of all ages and backgrounds. No matter who’s in the audience, they’ll walk away inspired, energized, and ready to take action.
  • What can we expect of you as a speaker?

    That's an excellent question!

Your audience will be engaged, uplifted, and talking about this long after the event. 9. I can fill multiple roles—keynote, training sessions, breakouts, evening VIP concerts... 10. I use appropriate, clean language and humor. 11. I’m flexible and adaptable, even with last-minute changes. 12. I’m not here for my ego—I’m here to serve your event’s success. 13. Now, here’s a question for you…
What other speaker do you know who can guarantee all of this?
  • Where are you based?

    Los Angeles, California.
  • What is your speaking fee?

That depends—what do you have in mind?
I work across different industries, in different markets, and offer a range of services within an event. So rather than giving a flat number, let’s ask a better question:
    Are my speaking fees negotiable?
    Absolutely.
I’ve spoken at events where my fee was over $20K, and others where it was much less. Why the big difference? Because every event is unique.
A few factors come into play: • How big is your audience? • Where is the event located? • What are your goals for the event? • Do you want follow-up sessions or training? • Would you like your attendees to be able to take home special gifts (such as books, posters, music...)? • Are you interested in adding any upgrade options? (like a VIP concert experience, a custom song, and/or training for your people?)
These are just a few of the variables that help determine a fair and mutually beneficial fee.
    My commitment to you:
✔️ I always work toward a win-win solution.✔️ My fee will always be less than the value I provide.✔️ I understand different markets have different economic realities.✔️ There are creative ways to structure a fair agreement.
Before we talk numbers, let’s have a conversation. My team is happy to jump on a quick call to understand your needs and find a way to make it work.
I look forward to working together!
  • Do you require a deposit to secure a date?

    Generally yes.
I do have a busy schedule and in order to lock in a date for you, I would request a reasonable, non-refundable deposit.
We can agree on the amount when we talk on the phone.
  • What's your travel expenses policy?

I am flexible on this. Usually there's a set travel-expense fee, and we use that to cover our plane tickets, ground transport, etc.—but we are experienced travelers, and sometimes there are other ways to get to our destination without YOU having to pay directly. We're happy to talk to you about this matter and find a fair solution.
  • What are the options for add-ons to go with your keynote? I see audience gifts, VIP concerts, custom songs, and PEAK training mentioned—can you tell me more?

I’m so glad you asked! If you’re looking to elevate the experience and create even more lasting value, I offer several unique upgrade options that beautifully extend the impact of the keynote concert:

Audience Gifts – Because Inspiration Should Be Gift-Wrapped. You know that feeling when the music fades, the lights come up, and you just don’t want the moment to end? That’s where the gifts come in. From signed books and limited-edition lyric prints to exclusive music and mini “rock star” kits, I offer meaningful take-home treasures that reinforce the keynote's uplifting message and leave a lasting impression. Thoughtful, joyful, and beautifully branded—because inspiration should travel well.

VIP Concerts – An Intimate Encore for Your Inner CircleLooking to give your top performers, clients, donors, or stakeholders something truly unforgettable? The VIP Concert is a private, up-close experience that takes place after the keynote. It features a curated live performance tailored to your group, followed by a candid Q&A where your VIPs can ask questions, share stories, and connect with me more personally. This upgrade often becomes the emotional highlight of the entire event.

Custom Songs – Your Message, Turned Into MusicThere’s something timeless about a song—it captures emotion in a way nothing else can. I’ll work closely with you to write, record, and perform a bespoke, original piece that reflects your event’s spirit, honors your team, or anchors a powerful message you want to carry forward. Whether it becomes a recurring theme, a surprise tribute, or a heartfelt gift, this custom creation becomes a signature moment—one that resonates long after the final note.

PEAK Training – From Inspiration to TransformationIf the keynote opens the heart, PEAK opens the door to lasting change. This signature, science-backed training helps teams unlock resilience, creativity, and connection through movement, storytelling, and embodied exercises. Offered as a live workshop, a masterclass, or a 6-week online journey, PEAK empowers your team to navigate uncertainty with confidence, collaborate more deeply, and tap into their fullest potential. It’s not just professional development—it’s personal evolution.

Whether you want to surprise your audience with unforgettable gifts, offer an exclusive encore for your inner circle, commission a one-of-a-kind anthem, or empower your team with transformative training—these upgrades are designed to make your event not just memorable, but utterly extraordinary.
